One year Factory Warranty on all telephones. 30 day return policy on all products. All products may be returned for a full refund or credit, excluding shipping charges, if notification is given by e-mail to ToyPhoneZ.com within 30 days of receipt of product by customer.
All products must be returned in their original carton with all parts and manuals.
In certain cases a 10% restocking fee maybe charged.
If a product is defective and notification is given by e-mail to Support@ToyPhoneZ.com within 30 days of receipt of product, a replacement will be sent to customer. This will be at no cost to customer. Defective items returned must be in original carton and have all parts and manuals included.
If a product is defective and notification is given by e-mail to Support@ToyPhoneZ.com within 30 days of receipt of product and customer does not want a replacement product, customer will receive a refund or credit for the cost of the product only. Shipping to return product will be at the customer's expense.
If shipping charges exceed the charge, you will be billed the differnce.
If a product becomes defective after 30 days, it will be handled under the 1 year Factory Warranty.
