A one-year factory warranty on all telephones as well as a 30-day return policy on all products in return for either a full refund or credit. In order to qualify for the return policy, notification must be given by e-mail to Support@ToyPhoneZ.com within the allotted 30-days. After the 30-day period has ended, all defects will be handled by the one-year factory warranty. Shipping charges will not be refunded and in certain cases a 10% restocking fee will be charged. All products must be returned in their original carton with all parts and manuals.
